The Terminators were a special Police Squad made to exterminate criminal activity in the Capital for the behest of the 12th Emperor and the Empire. Formed by Tatsumi, the group was made up of users of Teigu, Jigu, and powerful Mehiou in The New Empire's military. This group was, along with Night Raid and Jaegers was merged into Penumbra Ordo.
